We have a very simple and hassle-free return policy. You may return unworn & unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing as it was delivered to you.

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on www.banglewala.com: 

•  In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window of 7 days if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions: 

1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition 
2. Has missing parts or accessories 
3. Is different from what was ordered 
4. Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible)

    

Carpet:

Other Product:  

For returns or replacement we request you to get in touch with our customer care team through Email at info@banglewala.com or indiawalabangle@gmail.com   or on phone at 0621-3550767/9934508004 within 12 Hour of delivery of  your order. 

Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. 

1. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
2.  All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original box/packaging as delivered to you.
3. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items if in case an item/s is Used, damaged, soiled or altered. The same will be sent back to the customer.
4. Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.

Return/Reverse Pickups 

• As the Products are of Intimate nature, return/reverse pickups are only possible through ”Self-Ship Mode”. We will not arrange for any reverse pickup. 

Applicable timelines for refunds

Note: 

For damaged/ defective products, we will issue a refund only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.

• The value of the credit coupon/refund to your account will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts)atthe time of purchase.
•  In applicable cases, the courier return charges will be added to the amount.
• If you return any item because “you no longer need it”, we will not be required to refund the shipping charges. 

Shipping

• In order to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. 
• At Banglewal we know how important it is for you to maintain your privacy. We will ship out orders in a protected and concealed packaging, and the invoice will not list the contents of the box. 
• Giving you the freedom to have your order delivered any where without disclosing the contents of the package. 

• We generally dispatch your orders within 24-48 hrs, you may expect the order to be delivered to you within 2-3 days in major cities and 5-7 days in other locations depending upon your pin code. 
• We generally dispatch your Carpet orders within 5-7 Days, you may expect the order to be delivered to you within 2-3 days in major cities and 5-7 days in other locations and other country within 15 days depending upon your pin code. 
• Once dispatched you will be able to track Your order online by clicking on “Track Order” option placed on Top Left corner of the home page but this is tot applicable for other countries. Delivery charge must be pay. 
• Shipping on all orders above Rs. 499 is absolutely free, for all orders below Rs.499 a nominal amount of Rs.75 will be charged for delivery. 
• We charge a nominal convenience charge of Rs. 35 on all Cash on Delivery orders. This charge shall not be levied if you opt for any prepaid mode such as Debit/Credit card, Net banking or Credits. 

• While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will intimate you in such cases via mail 

Points to Remember: 

• In case the product/s purchased under this offer are returned fully or partially then the value of Masks will be Deducted before refunding the amount. 
• Masks cannot be returned even if it has not been used by the customer.
